AUCTIONEER’S NOTE: Due to the passing of Emma Davis, the heirs have made the decision to sell the farm absolutely to the highest bidders.

Tract 1: 80 acres at the corner of E 800 Rd. & N3460 near Parkland. Fenced with rolling terrain, approximately 2 acre pond and multiple potential home sites. Enjoy country living with the convenience of a hard surface road all the way to the property. From the intersection of Highway 18 & E 810 Rd. (Parkland Rd.), between Chandler & Agra, go East 2 miles, then North 1 mile on N 3460 Rd.

Tract 2: 160 acres just 6 ½ miles North of Chandler on Highway 18. A good highway farm with rolling grassland, multiple ponds and hardwood timber for wildlife. Fenced, cross fenced, water well and cattle pens make this farm cattle ready. From Chandler, go 6 ½ miles North on Highway 18.
