The company was established in 1969, by John A. Ball in Chandler, Oklahoma. We have been conducting real estate and personal property auctions as an auction management company ever since. We are not an Auction House, our sales are conducted on the seller's premises or in a rented public facility and the items we are selling are not ours. On the day of the sale, we have a complete staff with over 150 years of combined auction experience---this ensures a professionally-run, well-executed auction. AUCTIONS... IT'S ALL WE DO! PUT OUR TEAM TO WORK FOR YOU!
John Ball, our founder, has been a licensed real estate broker since 1969 and has been calling bids for almost half a century. Upon graduating from Oklahoma State University, John opened his real estate and auction office in Chandler. He is known by bidders for his easy to understand chant, humor, and straight-forward approach to sales process. Sellers respect him for his expertise, commitment to the process, and 45 years in business in the same community tells you he is true to his word.
Justin Ball literally has a lifetime of auction and real estate experience. As a youngster he spent his weekends as the auction go-for and ticket runner, his summers on sales appointments with his father; and at the age of 14 was handed the microphone to call bids. He began full-time work on the management side of the process just before graduating from Oklahoma State University in 2000; and now manages the day-to-day operations of the auction office with his father, John Ball. Justin has earned his CAI designation from the National Auctioneer's Association, holds an Oklahoma state real estate license and earned the title of State Champion Bid Caller in 2014, from the Oklahoma State Auctioneer's Association.
Whitey Mason began calling bids with us regularly in 2015 and brings more than 25 years of varied experience to the ring.Since joining the auction industry in 1988, Whitey has conducted or participated in thousands of auctions - from selling cattle on the farm to the flashy televised Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auctions. Whitey has gained a tremendous amount of auction expertise and transaction experience over the years and earned his CAI designation from the National Auctioneer's Association. Whitey is a licensed real estate broker in both Oklahoma and Kansas and his professional accomplishments include being a former Oklahoma State Champion bid caller, a top 10 finalist at the International Auctioneers Championship and he has served as president and board member of the Oklahoma State Auctioneers Association.
Will Milligan, joined us in 2003 when he married John's daughter, clerk, and advertising consultant, Jeree. Will began his journey into the auction industry soon after marrying into the family by working auction set-up and scattering fliers, then became the "sign guy," before he earned his way into the ring. He attended auction school in 2009, and then PRI (Professional Ringmen's Insitute). Will earned the Reserve Champion state title for ring men from the Oklahoma State Auctioneer's Association.
